about
This track is a strange one - one day in 2020, I was trying to capture the sounds of foreign radio broadcast with my Walkman. while browsing through various East Asian (mainly South Korean, Japanese and Chinese) AM Radio frequencies and static noises, pointing my Walkman towards the East Sea, I found this broadcast, which played the melody in this track.
This melancholic sounding melody just kept on playing, so i started to record it, instantly as i heard the melody playing through the airwaves. after few minutes, I started to lose the frequency, and it started to fade away, leaving only static noise behind.
Recently I’ve rediscovered this track, from 2020, sitting in my archive, and I decided to fix and edit the audio, since the original recorded audio was noisy, unedited piece.
To this day the original melody remains as mystery to me. However I still assume, and believe that this unknown melancholic melody, came from the other side of the ocean, or from somewhere else in this world.
